Bank Holiday Weekend: Let’s get feet ready!

Are your feet beach ready this bank holiday weekend?

With the bank holiday weekend just around the corner, it’s time to slip on those sandals and feel the sand between your toes—but are your feet ready to be seen?

Here are some things we can do to get our feet on track for the week ahead ✨👇

  • Using a foot file or pumice stone is a simple and effective way to exfoliate any rough, dry or callused skin especially on the heels and the balls of our feet. Just to make sure you don’t take off too much, spray the foot file or pumice first.
  • Using a 10% urea cream on your feet is also excellent to treat any dry or cracked areas especially on the heels. Urea is a powerful ingredient that both exfoliates and hydrates the skin.
  • Gently massage the plantar fascia using a soft tennis ball to roll the arch of our feet is excellent even undertaken once a week can be very useful. Drawing circles with our ankles by writing out the alphabet is also a great way to mobilise our feet and ankles generally.
