By scheduling an appointment with The Chelsea Clinic, patients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may result in a fee. Refunds are issued in full, minus non-refundable Stripe fees we are charged + a £5 admin fee. A receipt detailing the refund and fees will be emailed for transparency.

Patients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date. The Chelsea Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By using our services, patients acknowledge and accept these policies and terms.
