How Are Your Feet Feeling Lately? – Let’s Catch Up!

Happy Sunday! It’s going to be a sunny day ahead!

Are You Taking the Right Steps for Your Feet?

Today we want to check in with you and see if you are doing any of the things below 👇

1. Are you wearing supportive footwear for 70% of your week?

-Your shoes should support your arches, cushion your steps, and protect your joints.

2. If you have walked in any pairs of shoes for over 300 miles?  Guess what?  Time to change your shoes. 😊

-Worn-out shoes can lead to pain and long-term issues.

3. Are you checking the soles of your feet at least once a week?

-Catching early signs of changes can prevent bigger problems down the road.

4. Are you applying foot cream at least three times a week?

-Moisturizing helps prevent cracks, dryness and infections—especially in cooler months.

If you answered “yes” to all four questions – fantastic! You’re taking great steps toward long-term foot health. You’re on the right track, keep going.

And if you’re not quite there yet—don’t worry.  Small changes make a big difference.  We’re here to support you every step of the way.
