Paola also qualified in 2008 after completing a 5 year osteopathic degree which is very useful for musculoskeletal lower limb musculoskeletal presentations.  Foot pain can become a chronic and on-going feature in your life.  It can lead to avoidance pattern behaviours.  If your musculoskeletal system is not in alignment certain areas in the body overwork whilst other regions underwork.  This perpetuates a cycle of excess stress and strain which without intervention can accelerate the wear and tear processes.
